DRAFT Calendar 2011 - 2012Meeting CalendarAdopted June 8, 2011. Unless otherwise noted, meetings of the Statewide Administration Assembly are generally held between 10 am and noon on the second Wednesday of the month via audioconference. The Fairbanks site is generally Room 204 Butrovich Building unless otherwise noted.. These meetings are open to the public. All statewide employees are encouraged to attend and share their input. Thursday, July 14, 2011 Wednesday, June 13, 2012, Fairbanks, 9 am - 3 pm; Annual Onsite Meeting (Butrovich Room 109) The deadline for submitting agenda items or agenda attachments is ten calendar days in advance of each meeting. Agenda attachments must be submitted electronically to kkfackler@alaska.edu. All dates are subject to change. SAA Elections and Outstanding Statewide Employee Award selections generally begin sometime in February 2012 and culminate in the Employee Awards events later on in the spring. Related Links: |
