Voice Your Support for the University

A Public Opinion Message is an easy way to voice your support for the University of Alaska. Just go to http://www.legis.state.ak.us/infodocs/pomform.pdf and print the form. 

Then write in your 50 word message to your legislators, and fax the form to (907)465-2864, or fax it, mail it or deliver it by hand to your local Legislative Information Office. 

If you're not sure where your Legislative Information Office is, or what their fax number is, you can find all of that information on the following web page: http://www.legis.state.ak.us/legaff/liolist.htm.

Other effective ways to voice support are through letters, emails and phone calls to your legislator. To find out their contact information (or even who they are!), go to: http://www.legis.state.ak.us/legdist/legdist.htm

Remember, as a constituent, it is your job to keep reminding them of the UA's importance!!

Register to Vote!

It takes just a few minutes, and it's so important! All you have to do is go to this page of the Division of Elections site: http://www.gov.state.ak.us/ltgov/elections/regapp.htm print out the form, fill it in (don't forget to sign!) then mail, fax or hand deliver to one of the addresses at the bottom of the form. You can also use this form to change your district or party affiliation.
